At this time of huge challenges and pressures on families and on local budgets, this conference will offer deliverers and policy makers the opportunity to discuss and debate national reforms and the challenges and opportunities they present for all those who are wishing to improve outcomes for children and families.
4Children’s 2011 Annual Children and Families Policy Conference will focus on the big questions and challenges of effectively and efficiently delivering children and families services within the present economic environment.
