Unhappy childhoods afflict one in 10 youngsters
Almost one in 10 children over the age of eight are unhappy. Research found that family had the biggest impact on children's happiness.
New policies could see an increase in child poverty
The children’s commissioner, Maggie Atkinson, has warned that the government's new policies could see an increase in child poverty, resulting in poor health and educational outcomes for children.
