Children's centres face strong challenges to show how they will identify local priority children and families, and demonstrate that services meet needs as well make a difference. Reach Out supports this challenge.
4Children is providing a series of free seminars on the lessons of the Reach Out program which was developed with the support of over 40 local authorities and national agencies from workshops, on-line surveys and field trials.
In the morning, Public Health England will discuss the range of health and well-being data now available and how to access it. Speakers from a range of national organizations will share practical tips on working with key disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. In the afternoon an optional practical exercise will provide an introduction to the practical ways of using the Reach Out Framework.
